This Copyright Policy governs the protection and ownership of intellectual property created, maintained, and distributed by AMG Quality Services LLC, including but not limited to the OEMS-Designed to Amaze application and all related work.

Ownership and Scope

The OEMS-Designed to Amaze application, along with all its revisions, compiled work, source code, and any application developed on the Knack.com platform, is the sole property of AMG Quality Services LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

• All versions, updates, and modifications of the OEMS-Designed to Amaze system.
• Any extensions, plugins, or enhancements developed and integrated with the OEMS-Designed to Amaze platform.
• All documentation, training materials, and other intellectual property related to the development and functionality of the application.

All intellectual property associated with the OEMS-Designed to Amaze application is protected under the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (Title 17 of the U.S. Code), which grants copyright owners exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works of their copyrighted material. AMG Quality Services LLC retains all rights to enforce these protections.

Restrictions on Use and Alteration

No changes, modifications, or derivative works of the OEMS-Designed to Amaze application or any of its associated components (including compiled work, source code, and related systems) are permitted without the express written approval of AMG Quality Services LLC. Any unauthorized alteration, duplication, distribution, or development of derivative works is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under the U.S. Copyright Act.

Authorized Use

Any authorized use of the OEMS-Designed to Amaze application must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by AMG Quality Services LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, the prohibition of:

• Unauthorized modifications to the software’s structure, code, or functionality.
• Distribution of the application or any of its components without proper authorization.
• Reproducing or duplicating the software in part or in whole for purposes other than those explicitly authorized by AMG Quality Services LLC.

Enforcement

In accordance with the United States Copyright Act, AMG Quality Services LLC reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any unauthorized use, alteration, or distribution of the OEMS-Designed to Amaze system or any related intellectual property. Violations of this Copyright Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of any associated services or agreements, and further legal actions may be pursued under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
